The PCL is a 90° clip angle designed to attach ceiling wires to wood or concrete. This 90° angle is 0.65" x 1.25" with a 0.323"-diameter hole in the shorter leg and a 0.217"-diameter hole in the longer leg. The PCL comes without a fastener.
